Universities, department, programs and centers wishing to support students who are pursuing or exploring careers in music studies are strongly encouraged to consider sponsoring or subsidizing a student group registration. Student group registrations provide a small discount off the student member registration rate, regardless of the membership status of the student. They are a great way to support both graduate and undergraduate students. Student groups provide the kind of valuable cohort support that makes attending a large disciplinary conference less daunting, while also providing students with unprecedented exposure to a wide array of perspectives and subfields in music studies.
A minimum of 15 registrations is required to qualify for student group registration. You may include faculty or administrators in your group registration, but please note that they will be required to register at our regular registration rates.
